Because they’re handmade, small imperfections or clay textures may appear. This is natural and does not affect the function. All mugs are still fully usable and food safe (unless otherwise stated in the description).

We usually ship to Qatar, UAE, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia, but shipping to the Middle East is temporarily unavailable until further notice.
Shipping to the US 🇺🇸
Because of the new U.S. tariff policy, our shipping agent now offers an “all-in” shipping option where tariffs are handled by them to make things smoother for customers.
Here’s what this means:

Your order will still be shipped via DHL or FedEx, and you’ll receive a tracking number 2 weeks after your purchase or once the parcel is released from US custom.

Tracking may take up to 7 days to activate online, so please don’t worry if it doesn’t update immediately.

Since this is an all-in shipping option, you won’t need to pay additional tariffs. If any small charge appears, the shipping company assured us it will be minimal.

Because of these extra steps, delivery to the US may take around 15–28 days in total.
