Instructions on handling ceramics?
Each of our ceramics are handmade with love. To retain the quality of your piece and ensure longevity, please take good care of your ceramics by hand washing the piece. However, it’s dish-washer and microwave safe!
Please avoid placing your ceramic in extreme hot and cold environments (like in the oven, microwave, or freezer) as ceramic is prone to chipping or even cracking from thermal shock.
Are you open for custom orders?
Not at the moment, sorry. Biggie is just a side hustle for me so i only make ceramics during my day off ♡
Do you ship internationally? Why isn't my country on the list?

International shipping comes with tracking that we'll send out to your email.
We deliver to selected countries only as the shipping provider only offers delivery to those countries, sorry.
I'm from Indonesia, can i purchase from the website?
For this month, all shop updates will only be available through our international website due to an issue with our Local Tokped account.
That means:
Indonesian customers can still order through the website, but please note that all transactions will be in USD (paypal secure checkout)
Can I buy multiple items?
We can only provide shipping for max 2 mugs in one package as international shipping cost quiet a bit here and we have to use specific size of box to send out international orders.
Another important note, you won’t be able to proceed with your check out if you have more than 2 ceramics items on your cart for the reason listed above.
