This piece is intentionally designed with a mix of glazed and unglazed finishes. 

All areas that come into contact with food and drinks, including the inside, is fully glazed. The unglazed exterior needs a little extra care. Avoid prolonged soaking and wipe away spills, especially coffee or tea, soon after use to prevent staining. 

Hand wash gently with a soft sponge and allow your mug to dry completely before storing. Slight variations in the unglazed finish are a natural part of its handmade character ♡
