After so many requests, Biggie is officially opening a limited preorder for custom head mugs, where I will turn you (and your loved ones) into ceramic form ✨

Each piece is carefully handmade and designed to capture your most unique features, translated into Biggie’s signature cartoony style.

This is more than just a mug. it’s a one-of-one piece that only you have and get to keep forever 🤍

✨ How It Works

1. Place your order during the shop update.
2. Within a few hours, you’ll receive a Google Form via email (please remember to check your inbox and spam)
3. Complete the form within 3 days of receiving it by uploading your reference photos and (optionally) filling out the sketch template.
4. I’ll review everything personally and will contact you via email to discuss the design.
5. Before sculpting begins, I’ll send you a simple sketch showing my interpretation of you, in mug form.
6. Once the sketch is approved, your mugs will be handmade, fired, glazed, and carefully packed.

Estimated production time: 4–8 weeks from final sketch approval.

 

🤍 POSSIBLE Handmade Imperfections

Every Get Mugged piece is individually handmade and hand-painted using natural clay sourced from our local supplier.

Because each mug is made entirely by hand, no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. Small variations and imperfections are a natural part of the handmade ceramic process and are what make each piece one of a kind.

These may include slight differences in shape, brushstrokes, glaze texture, glaze variations, or subtle color changes after firing. Ceramics are naturally unpredictable, and despite my best efforts, some small imperfections may occur during drying, glazing, or firing.

When placing your order, please allow a little wiggle room for these handmade characteristics. If you’re looking for something that is completely flawless or factory-perfect, Biggie's handmade mugs may not be the right fit for you.

The listed price covers the standard design.

Additional charges may apply depending on your selected customizations.

Standard Add-Ons

• Glasses: +$9

• Bucket Hat / Beanie Lid: +$39

• Hat Initial (1 letter): FREE but optional

• Hat Color: Selectable (final color may vary slightly after firing)

Additional Custom Details

Some hairstyles, sculpted accessories, or more intricate clay work require significantly more sculpting time.

Additional custom details may incur an extra fee of +$29–89 USD, depending on the complexity. Any additional cost will always be discussed and approved by you, on the sketch phase, before production begins.

✨ Earrings (FREE):

If you request ear holes, I will include a pair of detachable earrings at no extra cost.

Earring designs will be random based on available stock 🤍

 

📸 Reference Photos

Once your order in confirmed please send your reference photos to:

• If possible, include a photo with the expression or vibe you’d like for your mug (smiling, calm, playful, etc.) 🤍 You may also include photos of previous "GET MUGGED" creations I have done for reference.

 

✏️ Optional Sketch Template

A template will be provided to help you map out simple details like:

• hairstyle (2D ONLY)

• glasses

• features like dimples or piercings

This is completely optional, you don’t need to be good at drawing at all.

It’s just there to guide me alongside your reference photos ✨

 

🎨 Style & Expectations

• All mugs are created in Biggie’s cartoony style

• This is not a realistic portrait

• Features will be simplified and stylized

👉 I will focus on identifying your most unique features and translating them into my style

💇 Hairstyle & Design Limitations

Please note that Get Mugged commissions are different from the celebrity mugs you may see on my instagram series.

When creating celebrity or personal pieces, I sometimes like to experiment with more complicated or risky designs just for fun. However, those designs aren’t always suitable for functional mugs, as I have mentioned on those reels before.

For commissioned mugs, my priority is creating a piece that is durable, functional, and has the best chance of surviving the ceramic creation process. Because of this, most hairstyles will be simplified into my signature cartoony style and interpreted mainly in 2D.

Ceramics can be unpredictable, and not every idea can be safely translated into clay.

If, after discussing your design, I feel that your expectations cannot realistically be achieved within my artistic style or would require techniques that are too risky for the ceramic process, I reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

I’d always rather be transparent from the beginning than promise something I cannot confidently deliver.

✏️ Design Preview & Revisions

Before working on the clay, I will provide a simple sketch to show how I plan to carve and place the main features on your mug.

• This sketch is a basic guide for me (final detailed drawing won't be provided)

• Minor adjustments can be discussed at this stage

Once the sketch is confirmed, I will move on to working with clay.

👉 From this point onward, no revisions can be made, as changes may damage the structure due to the nature of ceramics
